Σας καλώ σε ένα θεραπευτικό κύκλο όπου θα δουλέψουμε τη λειτουργία της πατριαρχίας μέσα μας ώστε να επανέλθει ο οργανισμός μας σε ισορροπία!
Η πατριαρχεία λειτουργεί μέσα μας και γύρω μας σε πολλά επίπεδα τα οποία θα διερευνήσουμε μέσω της θεωρίας αλλά και με ομαδικές βιωματικές ασκήσεις!
Είναι λυπηρό και καταπιεστικό να ζούμε σε αυτό το σύστημα, τα καλά νέα όμως είναι ότι μέσω της Gestalt επιγνωσιακής πρακτικής και της πρότασης του Claudio Naranjo στο 'Healing Civilization' μπορούμε να τη θεραπεύσουμε μέσα μας και γύρω μας!

Ενώ σπούδαζα Διεθνείς Σχέσεις και Οικονομία ανακάλυψα την κοινωνική ανάγκη να αποκαλύψω τα ψέμματα αυτού του συστήματος και να ενεργώ για την υπεράσπιση των δικών μας αναγκών αλλά και άλλων όντων που δεν έχουν φωνή σε αυτό το σύστημα...Σπούδασα ψυχοθεραπεία Gestalt και ανακάλυψα μια υπέροχη κοινωνικο-πολιτικη θεραπεία για ατομική και συλλογική εξέλιξη που μου ταιριάζει πλήρως και με βοηθάει κυρίως σαν άνθρωπο.
Τελείωσα μόλις το μεταπτυχιακό μου στην κλινική Σεξολογία, με έρευνα πάνω στην Σεξουαλική υγεία και στην πατριαρχεία', το οποίο θα ανακοινωθεί σύντομα και ως εργαστήρι.
Δημιούργησα και διδάσκω τα τελευταία 4 χρόνια σε διάφορες χώρες την εκπαίδευση 'Gestalt και κοινωνική αλλαγή', όλα τα εργαστήρια που διδάσκω συνδυάζουν τη συναισθηματική και κοινωνικοπολιτική επίγνωση, για ένα πιο δίκαιο κόσμο. Σας περιμένω!

Hello to all of you!
Finally, i invite you to this healing circle,this Friday 1/2, 17.00 -20.00 where everyone who does not like patriarchy is more than welcomed! The sessions will take place at the park in Akadimia platonos, meeting point at Monastiriou 140.
The bad news are, that we are born into this system, that is a deeply patriarchical, without out concensus and we are constantly affected from this environment.
The good news are, that Gestalt therapy and Awareness Practice can help us to lead a life the way it fits to our organismic truth in the present moment, and that my personal project Gestalt and social change helps us practice the combination of emotional and socio-political awareness in here and now!
In this circle we will practice the main gestalt principles, plus we will focus in patriarchy, a crucial structure of this system. As Claudio Naranjo explains in his book 'Healing Civilization', patriarchy is introjected to humans for so many years, so now days it lives inside us and it is reproduced from the inside out also, apart from the systemic reproduction of it.
So, in this circle i want to put some light on the introjection of patriarchy, try to help us become aware of this and propose some tools and practices that can be useful in practicing a more compasionate and non-hierarchical way of life.
You can take these tools with you and keep practising!
We will have time to share our experience on patriarchy and check-in for our experience in the group!

About me:
During my university studies, I realized that being an activist was essential since I wanted to live in a world with peace, justice, and equality. In gestalt therapy, I found the best tool for self-transformation, and I stayed committed in my social change vision, so I created the combination: Gestalt and social change training.
I am teaching the combination of emotional and socio-political combination the last 4 years, and I really enjoy the transformative, meaningful results to myself and others. I just finished my master in clinical Sexology with my research on Sexual Health in patriarchy, that will be announced soon as a training. Looking forward to see you!
